1. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and secure password to create an Administrative account.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content and Platform Use

Our platform generates randomized data visualization markers (such as numbers and cell positions). All user-entered text strings, player names, and numbers are temporary aesthetic elements.
Compliance with Local Laws: If you use our software tools to organize office pools, casual social sheets, or non-profit fundraisers, you—as the administrative coordinator—are solely and independently responsible for ensuring compliance with your specific state, federal, and local jurisdiction laws regarding casual gaming or fundraising.

3. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy

Credit System: Access to generate specific sheets (e.g., 10-Slot Scratch Cards or 100-Square Grids) is managed via purchased platform Credits. Credits have no real-world cash or monetary conversion value.
Refunds: In accordance with our customer satisfaction commitment, if you purchase a package of fifty (50) or more game cards/sheets and have used fewer than five (5) total credits, you are eligible to request a full refund of your initial purchase amount. Once five (5) or more credits are utilized on your dashboard, the transaction is considered finalized and non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

PoolGames.me is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations. Under no circumstances shall PoolGames.me or its operators be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our tracking software.
